Digital Product — No Refunds After Delivery

Born Decoded readings are digital products that are AI-generated and delivered immediately via email after purchase. Due to the personalized and instant nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds once payment is completed. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and any eligible refunds will be issued through the same platform.

Before You Purchase

Before completing your order, you are required to acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • That the reading is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only
  • That no refunds will be issued after purchase

Please review the sample report preview on our homepage before purchasing to ensure our service meets your expectations.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Report not delivered: If you do not receive your PDF report within 24 hours of payment (after checking your spam folder), contact us and we will either re-send the report or issue a full refund.
  • Technical failure: If our system fails to generate your report due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate charge: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at borndecoded@gmail.com with:

  • Your email address used for the order
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
